They spoke very highly of them. I worked with AJ, one of the partner owners. He is a great guy. I respect him because he is also a no BS kind of business owner. He turned down expensive upgrades on both mine and neighbors projects because he felt could create issues in the long run. He explained the process in detail, provided very good direction on timing/next steps, explained watchouts, communicated throughout, and very responsive. Process was very efficient, no upselling, and no surprises on reasonable billing. Many different techs involved throughout the process and all very knowledgeable. "Hi! We are using Remodel Your Pool www.remodelyourpoolaz.com. I've received multiple quotes over the last six months- this has been quite the process. We selected them for several reasons: 1) very responsive to any questions I have 2) quote was a good price but more importantly easy to read- there was a base price for the pebble sheen then a page listing other options out individually with their associated price (replacing of tile, glass trim on steps, pool pump replacement, led light etc) it felt like a menu where we could easily make our choices 3) schedule of remodel given to me right up front with specific dates and tasks to be completed 4) followed up with me to make sure all went well and very clearly explained what was going to happen, who was coming out and when they would arrive. We are only two days in- the pool has been drained and plaster chipped out- it is scheduled to be completed on Oct 23rd so less than a month with is fantastic. Hope that helps!"
