We selected them for several reasons: 1) very responsive to any questions I have 2) quote was a good price but more importantly easy to read- there was a base price for the pebble sheen then a page listing other options out individually with their associated price (replacing of tile, glass trim on steps, pool pump replacement, led light etc) it felt like a menu where we could easily make our choices 3) schedule of remodel given to me right up front with specific dates and tasks to be completed 4) followed up with me to make sure all went well and very clearly explained what was going to happen, who was coming out and when they would arrive. We are only two days in- the pool has been drained and plaster chipped out- it is scheduled to be completed on Oct 23rd so less than a month with is fantastic. Hope that helps!"
